The food is great WHEN you can get it. They have no issue holding up the line with a large order instead of telling people with large orders to pull into a spot or come into the lobby and order. They will never include any sauces you've ordered in your bag, and if you order anything specific or extra on your food just don't, you will not get it. The motto for this location is "The customer does not exist!".

This isn’t “fast food” anymore. Fast food is supposed to mean quick service and good food. Instead, you wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone through a screen, then another 15 minutes to reach the window, only to receive poor customer service and mediocre food. Experiences like this honestly make me want to quit my own job, apply here, work my way up through management, and fix the problems from the ground up. The first thing I would change is the hiring process. Hire people who actually want to work and take pride in their job. Employees who don’t care about their work negatively affect the atmosphere for both customers and coworkers. Great customer service is one of the biggest factors in creating a positive experience. Look at Chick-fil-A they’re known for treating customers with respect. Whether employees naturally enjoy it or not, they’re expected to provide excellent service because that’s the standard. The second thing I would change is scheduling. Why are there only four employees working on a Friday? Having more staff during the busiest times would significantly reduce drive-thru wait times and make this feel like “fast food” again. Put more people in the kitchen to keep orders moving, and always have someone assigned to the lobby during the day. That brings me to another issue—the dining area. Who wants to eat in a dirty lobby? Nobody. There should always be an employee responsible for cleaning the dining room and greeting customers. A clean, welcoming environment leaves a lasting impression. This is a tourist town, so first impressions matter. As the town continues to grow, businesses should be raising their standards, not lowering them. The appearance and professionalism of the staff also play a role in the customer experience. Customers want to feel welcomed and comfortable when they walk through the door. At this point, McDonald’s doesn’t feel like fast food anymore. It feels like a place where you wait far too long for an experience that simply isn’t worth it. The unfortunate reality is that these issues are unlikely to change as long as people continue to accept them and keep coming back. But maybe one day someone will step in, hold the restaurant to a higher standard, and make it what it used to be.

Pulled up to drive-thru at 11:20 pm. Waited in the order line for 20 minutes to get a person to answer. Ordered a ten pc Mcnugget and an apple pie. Got to the pickup window. I counted 6 employees. Still waited 10 minutes for our food. Left at 12:10 am.

The time to receive in this location is horrible, great customer service at-least during dinner time. Double check your order they will miss an item.
