  Maria is the worst most unprofessional GM I've ever met in my life. She was trying to start problems with me and one of her employees. I didn't say anything to this woman, she didn't care that I had my child and her employee's child there. Just disgusting behavior and still can't manage to get her customers orders right.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S IT USED TO BE DECENT BUT NEW MANAGMENT OR STAFF HAS DRIVEN IT TO THE GROUND. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. MAY 17TH 2026 WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES FOR A HAPPY MEAL. FINALLY JUST LEFT. THIS PLACE IS SO SAD USED TO BE QUICK DECENT SERVICE. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TEAM!!!

  Employees constantly arguing about unnecessary things, food took forever to come out. They literally suspended someone yelling right as we walked in food was mid and I go to McDonald’s a lot this is genuinely the worst one I’ve ever been to

  Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. I went with a few friends for lunch. The staff were hooting and hollering at one another, no one was doing their job, it took 30 minutes to get my food, and they messed up EVERYONES orders. They ended up giving my friends someone else’s drinks. One worker just had the worst possible attitude. I understand working at a fast food place is draining, but don’t loudly complain when walking past customers like it was OUR fault specifically. Terrible.

  This place was actually horrible even for McDonald’s I walked in with my girlfriend to get a quick meal, she got a dirty soda and a quarter pounder and I got a dirty Dr Pepper with a happy meal. This was about 8:30ish pm on may 8th As we walked in we witnessed one of the workers drop a vape into the ice holders above the soda machine, instead of cleaning it out he just picked up the vape and went on with his day so the ice is most likely contaminated. After we waited about 5-8 minutes for our food we never received our drinks and had to ask for them while they stared at us like we weren’t allowed to be there and like we didn’t order drinks. While we waited for another 4 minutes (why it took that long for 2 dirty sodas idk) The place was loud for only me and my girlfriend there in the lobby (yes we were the only ones there), the staff was yelling at eachother and I heard words of “do it now before you’re fired” screamed at someone and most of them didnt speak English Along with that The back kitchen actively dropped the trays that they use to fry stuff on the floor and then proceeded to put them back in the fryer which is disgusting and unsafe. And to top it off by the time I get home (in Pensacola) I open my meal to find no fries and no side sauce unlike what I ordered Just the singular box of 6 piece nuggets and they were all cold. Absolutely unbelievable conditions and service and this place probably needs to be shut down
