Noone working counter and people in back ignored us.......went behind the counter and got my own 2nd spoon to share banana split with my wife........watched 3 different people walk in and wait at unmanned counter then leave on 5/4/2026. If owner cares ? Might wanna watch video from this evening and make some financial decisions at this location. We certainly wont be back

NO BANANA NO CHOCOLATE AND NO STRAWBERRY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! In response to your response I WILL NOT BE BACK! When you can't make something as simple as a banana split blizzard, at a dairy queen you should shut your doors! The guy that fixed our order knew what he did! It was intentional because it's the drive thru!
