  Atmosphere was good. Lacked in food quality and portioning. My rice was undercooked and my chips were stale and bland. They steak and guac was fire though.

  Gave the Foley AL another try & still disgustingly dirty!! No fresh meats, plenty employees doing nothing. Very disappointed as a local. Wanted to dine in BUT wasn't going to happen.

  I honestly wish I hadn’t ordered inside because seeing how poorly the food was being displayed completely changed my experience. This was my first time eating here, so I wasn’t really sure how the ordering process worked. I explained that to the employee, and instead of explaining it, she simply pointed above her head at the menu. I figured it out from there. It was around 7:00 PM, so maybe I came after a rush, but nearly every food bin was empty. They were scraping what was left from the bottom of the containers to fill my bowl. I couldn’t even really tell what some of the meats were because the containers were so empty. I chose the beef because it was covered in liquid and looked like it might be the juiciest option, while everything else looked extremely dried out. When I ordered my toppings, I repeatedly asked for just a little bit of things like guacamole and corn. Unfortunately, the employee filled the entire spoon and put it all on my bowl anyway. I know that may seem like a small thing, but it was frustrating because I’m not going to eat that much guacamole, and it felt like a lot of food was being unnecessarily wasted. If customers ask for a small amount, it seems like the restaurant could save money by actually portioning what they request. Unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant itself was even more disappointing. There was food all over the floor and counters, drinks spilled, and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Maybe there had been a rush earlier, but there were several employees standing around talking while the restaurant was visibly dirty, and no one seemed concerned about cleaning it. I spent $17 on a meal that I honestly had to make myself eat. After seeing how dried out some of the food looked and not knowing how long it had been sitting there, I was completely grossed out. The frustrating part is that the food actually had great flavor. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so poor that I don’t see myself going back. This was a really disappointing first experience, especially for $17. I hope this was just an off night, because the food itself has potential, but the cleanliness, presentation, portioning, and customer service definitely need some attention.

  I really dont like leaving bad reviews but time and time again I am let down. I typically order through the app. I use my points to get free items and when I arrive they say too bad - it doesnt work in the app (when it clearly shows it did). Ordered last night for pick up, tacos missing. Not sure that but I had a birthday (FREE) queso. Guess what else was missing....the QUESO. Why is this so hard to get right. I only order in app because the inside is ALWAYS dirty and disorganized. I do believe this was the last time eating there.

  This is the worse chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order through the app and still had to wait on my order even after getting a notification of it being ready. 0/10 don’t come to this place.
