Went to this wing place for dinner Sunday...ordered our food didnt come out until until an hour later . And it was cold...they were not busy it was 9pm on a Sunday. The manager offered to have our food remade now at 10:09pm we refused. Holy crap folks get your sh#t together BWW Don't offer to remake food after your customers have waited an hour already that's insulting like my time didn't matter . We just ordered wings and wedges...not side of the menu things..apparently what's so wild about their wings is they are cold..won't go back to the foley store..they don't know how to manage their kitchen and are ok with horrible service and serving cold food.

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When I went to pick up my order, the woman working at takeout handed me my food. I politely said “thank you,” but she completely ignored me. As I turned around to leave, I heard her mocking me to another employee, saying, “Sorry, I don’t speak español,” in a mocking tone. What makes this especially upsetting is that I had not spoken to her in Spanish or said anything that would justify that comment. I felt disrespected and singled out because of the way she chose to mock me. Customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of their background or language. I hope management addresses this situation because no customer should have to experience this kind of treatment when simply picking up an order.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. FELT RACIALLY PROFILED WAS STRIKE ONE. OUT OF ALL THE TABLES THE GREETER COULDVE SAT US SHE PLACED US LITERALLY BESIDE ANOTHER FAMILY OF THE SAME RACE WHICH THERE WERE PLENTY OF OTHER BOOTHS AND TABLES AVAILABLE. STRIKE TWO. Service took a total of two hours!!! It took the waiter 30 minutes to even come to the table to get our drink order. It took her thirty more minutes to bring the drinks. THE NEXT HOUR WAS A GAME OF WAITING. WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND WAS QUESTIONED WHY DID WE WANT ONE. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT WHILE SITTING IN TO BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR HER TO COME OUT TO THE TABLE ONCE IT WAS ESTABLISHED WE WERE WAITED INSIDE. ONCE SHE MADE IT TO THE TABLE WE TOLD HER ABOUT THE SERVICE AND HOW WE WANTED TO ONLY PAY FOR OUR CHIPS AND DRINKS. SHE STILL PROCEEDS TO "CHECK ON THE FOOD". THEY SENT ANOTHER LADY OUT TO DELIVER AND WE DECLINED BECAUSE IT WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. THE MANAGER COME BACK TO THE TABLE TO DO A HAND GESTURE TO SAY WELL YALL CAN JUST GO WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE DRINKS AND CHIP. NO EMPHATY OR ANYTHING. SEEMS LIKE EVALUATIONS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO TAKE PLACE. THAT IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS WHERE EVERYONE SHOULD BE SERVED AND WAITED FOR IN A TIMELY, RESPECTFUL, AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED MANNER. IF COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD. UNACCEPTABLE

Visiting from pensacola, this restaurant after back to school shopping, waitress was ok. But the manager was a real piece of work, I complained about wait time for food. She was aggressive and angry, she claimed she wanted to pull the cameras. I was there an hour and a half according to her. Food took an hour and they weren't that busy. Even the server questioned why we didn't get our food yet. The appetizer came with the food. The manager was a jerk. Pull camera for what? Food took an hour to get. And she wants to act like I'm the problem. Fire the manager on duty 8/8/26 at 9. I'll never visit bww again no matter where I am in the country again. This happened at the Foley, Alabama location. Yeah pull the cameras. Watch my crap service, waitress was great, the manager. I can't even explain the rudeness she gave us. Just wow. I'll never return to a bww ever again. Thanks for the amazing opportunity to experience a hung over manager being nothing but a....

I am usually incredibly patient in restaurants, as I own one and have worked in them for 20+ years. My 6 year old wanted to play Golden Tee, and it turns out BWW is the only one in our area with one. I took him and my 5 month old to the place around 345pm on a Tuesday. We ordered mozz sticks, found some friends to play the game with, and were having a great time. We ordered 30 wings to go a 5:02pm, as our youngest is on a feeding schedule, as most infants are. At 5:30, we were assured that our wings were on their way, as the "to go" was behind. We settled our check at 5:17, and we tipped $24 on $52, as the restaurant wasn't full, and I feel for those in the service industry. At 5:45, we asked the manager, who said the wings were most likely in the warmer, and they'd be right out. Five month old getting fussy at this point. At 5:50, I said we were leaving, keep their money. They offered a cookie and a $10 gift card. On our way out the door, they chased us down with the wings. I gave them the original receipt with the $24 tip. We get home at 6:10, and the order was incomplete. Maybe on us for "rushing them", but wings shouldn't take 50 min on a Tuesday at 5pm with 1/3 full restaurant. I am writing this novel because their survey, handled through Qualtrics, is inoperational and it is frustrating. However, infant is now fed, and 6 yr old is happy, so not all is wrong in the world.
