  The drinks are never consistent. The baristas have a hard time following the orders. I place the same drink order everytime I go with the drink being different everytime I go. I travel often, so I am frequently going to other 7 Brew locations that do not have a problem, completing the order as I request.

  The staff and the coffee is always exceptional! Dante took the time to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The flavor is always consistent and has made my work trip just a little bit brighter. Thank you! Because of the staff at the Foley, Alabama location I’ll be making 7Brew my go to coffee spot when I have any nearby!

  My life is awful. My wife left me, my friends hate me, and my kids can’t stomach hanging out with me. Today I lost my house and had to sell off all of my childhood stuff like my baseball gear, old toys, my 15 copies of Adam Sandler’s Click on DVD, and my Xbox 360 with years worth of Gears of War, Call of Duty, Halo, and Minecraft games on it. I thought “welp you finally hit rock bottom” when I got the urge to get me a coffee after selling my most treasured possessions. I went to this 7 Brew with so much loneliness and despair sunken deep into my eye sockets when I finally came across Dante. That man right there at the register, Dante, he truly changed my life for the better. As I spoke with him his voice was like a siren. Soft, beautiful, majestic, and he gave me some of the greatest life advice I’ve ever been told. We discussed the ups and downs of life and even some of our favorite interests like anime and thrifting. Dante will forever be engraved into my mind along with this coffee I sip on at this very moment and it will forever serve as a reminder that life can always be better. Thank you my beloved Dante… thank you.

  Dontea made me pinky promise to review, so here I am. Music? Loud. Flavors? Louder. Lines? So loud I have to avoid the road it’s on when they’re giving away free stuff. But they’re good at what they do, and they look like they have fun doing it. Which is wild because it’s 500 degrees outside. Kudos, guys. Get rid of the caramel apple stuff and I will never come back.

  I really want to like 7 Brew, but the biggest issue is the complete lack of consistency with the drinks. I can order the exact same drink multiple times and somehow it tastes different every single time. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s weak, overly sweet, or just completely off. There should be a consistent recipe and standard so customers know what they’re getting when they order the same drink. This also makes the rewards feel less valuable. I personally would never use a free drink reward to upgrade to a large because there’s no guarantee the drink is going to taste the way it should. When you’re paying for a drink, especially a larger one, it shouldn’t feel like a gamble every time. Another issue is the drive-thru setup. The line can back up and interfere with traffic, which makes getting in and out frustrating and can create an unnecessary traffic problem around the location. The staff may be friendly and the concept is good, but drink consistency really needs to be addressed. Customers should be able to order the same drink on different days and have it taste essentially the same each time. Right now, that just isn’t happening.
