  Coffee is good, when you can get it that is. Came through tonight and they told me their machines where already down for the night so I couldn't get a coffee, it was 5 minutes before closing, no reason for them to already be closed or have their coffee machines cleaned. Tried to place an order through the app before coming to building and the app wouldn't let me place an order, so very disappointed in this location 😒 my coffee is made wrong half the time and less than a week ago I came through and was given spoiled whipped cream on my coffee. Won't be going back to this location

  The workers do not listen when you order something! Then want to argue with you about what you order. Then talk crap while we're sitting their waiting for our order! This isn't the first time this has happened! I most definitely go there alot!

  I always love coming here because of the great service! And I would just like to say I went today expecting the usual conversation but misss sandy was top tier she has such a good work ethic and the best attitude.. thankk you girlll !!

  We visited on the 10th of this month and Peyton (I hope I'm spelling her name right, it's been a hot minute!) was awesome, she was super energetic, fun, very kind and welcoming and quick with taking our order. Give her a raise and a vacay.

  My husband is officially hooked on 7 Brew, and John completely made our day! The energy at this location is unmatched, but John really stands out. He was incredibly fast, genuinely friendly, and brought the absolute best upbeat attitude to the drive-thru line. What I love most is how accommodating they are. My husband has diabetes and has to watch his sugar intake, and John helped us navigate their massive sugar-free menu. We ordered a Sugar-Free Blondie, Sugar-Free Burnette, and Sugar-Free Sweet & Salty it tasted just as rich, sweet, and creamy as the original without any of the guilt! It is rare to find a drive-thru with so many sugar-free flavor options that actually taste amazing. Amazing customer service from people like John keeps us going daily even when on vacation!
