  I don’t know if we caught them on a rough day but it was enough that we will never be back. Whoever worked drive thru this morning taking orders, was sorta rude. Shoving the tip screen in our faces when she never once made eye contact or anything. Weird experience. Then we get to the front and wait for our drinks and the girl there handed them off to my husband and when we asked if she knew which drink was which (they looked similar), you would think we asked her to remake them. Her attitude was extremely unnecessary. Why even be in a customer service role if you have problems with a simple question.

  Went this morning to get the jackpot day keychain. It is so cute! And as always, my crew is the BEST!! Fast service, exactly what I ordered and so friendly! They always take such great care of me. They know me by name and genuinely are always glad to see me drive thru!

  This location was very busy and both lines of the drive thru were packed. We drive a large vehicle that doesn't fit in most drive thru's so I had to go to the walk up window. The service was very quick and pleasant. We ordered 5 different drinks (iced coffee and teas) and all were blended well and tasted good.

  I woke up this morning in my Jammie’s already in the car on the way to 7 Brew. I didn’t even know I wanted coffee. I blinked once and I was in the line and a very kind worker (Azhya) was at the window asking for my phone number. She already knew what I wanted and told me the total. I paid and looked up again and couldn’t believe what I saw. Real life hero’s handing people their drinks. I saw one worker performing open heart surgery in the middle of the parking lot while tossing smoothies to her partner. Another was solving word hunger. By the time I realized I had moved forward another smiling face (Tori) was saying hello and trying to hand me my drink. I blinked and peeked inside and was amazed that they were preparing a rocket launch and moving at super sonic speeds. To say I’m impressed by this stand is an understatement. Ps. This all happened in 30 seconds. I pulled in line at 11:10 and pulled out at 11:09. Best service ever

  We ordered drinks only & they were delicious! The wait wasn’t long at all even though there were a lot of cars! The gal taking our order was so friendly & pleasant & had a smile on her face the entire time. The gal taking our money & handing us our order, she was just n the inside lane & had dark straight hair, was super nice & had us laughing while she was getting our drinks. We don’t have a 7 Brew close to where we live but if we did we’d be there daily! Thanks for starting our long drive home with such a great experience!
