Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- EEEricJun 7, 20265.0I came in early this morning I saw they were buzy and i expected thwre to be a wait but I have to say it wasnt that long at most it was 10 minutes from when the guy that took my order finished and I have to give them props the guy that was there running it and the 2 girls in the back were doing amazing especially the guy he was taking care of the lobby and drive thru but also trying to help out in the kitchen he was all over that we saw and he was really friendly twords everyone l so overall my experience was great and id gladly come back again

Trainer, mentor, manager, I do not know her title, but she had younger team members walking through the motions of what makes excellent service, and she did it with Courtney and respect to them. The facility was clean and welcoming. The food was hot. A missing item was quickly furnished with an apology and a cookie. Don't walk, RUN!... This is an experience as well as a meal!
