  I ordered the # 4 combo which is a double cheeseburger I told the girl no cheese please. I get home it was a burnt up single hamburger w/cheese & well over cooked fries. I paid $11.71 for crap in a bag!

  Waited in the drive thru line for approximately 15-20 minutes and no one ever took our order. Pulled up to the window and the person there acted like they didn't have a clue. I ask if they could take our order and they said yes but someone was cleaning the ice cream machine, so we left. Not a good experience.

  Waiting 30 mins in line, at 1:30 am is absurd. Sat here and watched the woman look at her phone 17 times and take 4 drinks of whatever just chilling. Zero respect and work ethic. The district manager needs to hire more people, and come sit in on night shift so the job can get done.

  Thought since I waited Patiently in Drive thru I figured every thing would he hot and FRESH? NOPE HARD AS rock fries and a Burger that was sitting for hrs. What were we waiting ON? Usually I check my bag but because of the Wait. I assumed yea I ASSUME It would he FRESH. Sad
