I had made a mobile order before arriving for two drinks and a pretzel. We initially intended to use a stall, but when I tried to check in on the app, it wasn’t working. So, we pressed the button, and we waited for five minutes without any response. We then decided to try the drive-through and sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before deciding to pull up. However, we were still there for another 10 minutes.
During this time, I was on the phone with corporate trying to have them cancel and refund my order. Unfortunately, I got hung up on by the lady, so I didn’t receive any help. We even called the store to ask if we could cancel the order, but the man on the phone didn’t even listen to a word we said. He simply stated that he had the order ready and then hung up.
We tried to call again, but another man told us that they couldn’t cancel the order in store. We understand that, but at that point, I was still on the phone with corporate trying to have it canceled. Then, one worker came out and asked us what the order name was and what we had ordered. He said he would bring it right out, but when he came back, he had claimed that there was no order under my name or anything.
By then, corporate had hung up on me without giving me my refund or canceling the order. He had come out with four drinks and the pretzel, but none of the drinks were the ones we had ordered. The pretzel was ripped in half and was cold. We waited for almost an hour, and I’m very disappointed in the quality of service and corporate for not helping us.
Not the best experience. I will say the car hop was friendly and personable.
The touch screen didn't work. When I made my order. I only asked to add jalapenos bacon, omit the ketchup and add mustard to the Sonic cheeseburger. It came first with mustard, bacon and jalapenos only. Want to send it back. They merely opened it up. Added the mayonnaise, some lettuce and a piece of cheese.
Sonic I know you're better than this, however, I'm not sure this location understands how to get there.

I too am a dasher and have had several orders come here, always a massive wait time, and just like the other girl said, at least 10 min before i get a response, then like another 10 before i get the food. Im always late with the order leaving 10 to 15 minutes past my assigned pickup time, which affects my ratings. Makes the amount of pay i get for an order not worth it at all. I dont know whats goin on inside this place, but yall really do need to figure this all out, even if that means corporate to do something, because the one on Helton Dr is a heck lot more on it and efficient in service. I let doordash know about it before, but i dont think theyve reached out or anything. Please do whatever you need to, to step it up please! Wed all really appreciate it!

Understaffed - mobile app not working correctly. 45 Minutes and still haven't got the 1 drink; at this point just giving up. Corporate needs to help their employees out and hire some staff and fix their mobile app.
