The Decatur Papa Johns must have something going on this one doesn't. It didn't even taste like Papa Johns. If the Papa were still around and visited this location, I bet he would shut it down. I'm giving the pizza 2 stars because it was still alright, I guess. If you're fine with alright, I guess you will enjoy this pizza for passing as pizza, but I'm gonna have to pass on it. They should rename this location to Uncle John's or something.

At 7:25 PM, the tracker showed the order was ready but still waiting for a DoorDash driver to pick it up. At that point, the order was already significantly late. I called the store to ask for an update. The employee who answered, Bronston, did not greet me or identify the business. His tone was rude and abrupt from the start. When I asked about my order, he stated he was trying to find a driver and that they were very busy. I certainly understand that Friday evenings are busy. However, being busy does not excuse poor customer service or being rude.
