- HSHannah SmithAug 2, 20261.0Will never order from Papa John’s again. Ordered over the phone and my total was $41.02. Spoke with someone name John I believe. Placed my order and paid over the phone. He said it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I drive to papa John’s and the worker said he didn’t have my order. I pulled up my bank account showing where they took the $41.02 out of my account!! He was no help! He just said I can’t give you what you ordered or your money back because it isn’t showing anything in my system!! Terrible customer service!! Went to Domino’s afterward and they were great!! Will never ever ever catch me ordering from a Papa John’s again. And called the same John man back over the phone and he was no help either he was saying “speak to the worker inside”.
