  If I could rate this a negative number I 100% would. I have NEVER been so livid over $12. My boyfriend went to this location ordered his usual medium fry, 2 apple pies, & wanted to try the new blackberry & passion fruit refresher I had been telling him to try. He gets it & says “there’s cream on it?” I was like well mine didn’t.. they may have made you the wrong kind. He tastes the drink & hates it, so he just pours it out on the side of the road. Then he starts eating his fries, he says they’re cold but hey, it happens. Then he bites into his apple pie.. it was the strawberry kind. We are not the type to go back or even complain but I told him go back & at least get the apple pies & drink. He told the lady at the speaker (she’s a white girl with dreads) what happened & she says “we don’t have apple pies so we gave you strawberry” he said ?? Okay… you didn’t tell me? & he said plus the fries were halfway full & something about the wrong drink. She said over & over- we don’t have apple pies- then she said we’re not giving you a refund. He said so you’re just going to take my money? She said we’re not taking your money- we gave you strawberry. Then she literally says “ leave the drive thru “ he said you’re telling me to leave the drive thru? She said “yes you’re drunk- leave the drive thru” skip to someone finally telling him to pull around to the 2nd window. The lady asked what he wanted her to do about it? He said what do you think you should do? She we have Apple pies & I’ll make you a large fresh fry. He said just refund me (ofc he didn’t want to eat there after all of that) some other man hands him like $3 & said there you go. He said? Where’s the rest? The man said you ate your fries. My boyfriend says I’ll eat the fries please just refund me for the drink. The window guy says “where’s the drink” my boyfriend explains he poured it out because it was nasty. The man FINALLY refunds him for the two pies & the drink. OVER $12 you have got to be kidding me.

  Always get my double wrong with 1 patty ...so many times ....foods wrong ,cold ,old ...I'm done taking my family of 5 to this one ..McDonald's sucks nowadays

  It's MacDonalds! Young lady at the window was cheery and pleasant! 👍 And the food was as should be and hot! Usually a busy place for such a small town and other options. So whoever runs this place must care about it because it's pretty busy consistently for It's location. Keep up the good work!!

  Can't review anything I can't try. Left Walmart today (we've been having some snow and ice lately) and as I was driving past this location, I thought that a burger would be so nice during this cold weather and noticed two different tables of people dining inside so decided to drive thru on my way home since they appeared open. Pulled up and waited and waited and silence... Checked the speaker and no notice on hours or being closed so pulled forward to see if there was a sign on the windows or doors and had a truck stop in front of me blocking the path back to the front doors so decided to leave. As I was pulling away, noticed the same truck pulling into the drive thru and turning it's lights off, but didn't wait around to see if they were actually closed or not since they didn't bother using a sign or anything. I can understand being closed or changing hours during potentially dangerous weather and road conditions, but I also think some sort of notice somewhere would be a decent thing to do - especially if you're going to have people dining inside indicating you were open at some point with someone there that could have put up a notice since McDonald's locations have never been great about updating Google business hours.
