  Did not listen to the customizations, therefore rang up the food wrong. Despite this, 2 of the items that WERE rung up correctly were outright missing! Can't make it back up there to talk to someone same day because of our situation, but when you try calling to talk to a manager they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. Can never get ahold of these people. Then, when you try to go back up there during a time when it's convenient the next day, they have the nerve to give you a hard time and ask if you called and spoke to someone... NO! No no no no no, bad business practices. If I have a receipt and I'm telling you I didn't receive something I paid for it is not good customer service to try and give us a hard time and not provide us the replacement. We're not scammers, we're honest people trying to get by, and we just want what we paid for. Didn't even complain about the items that were WRONG, just the items MISSING. Shame on these people, poor management!

  Every time that I go through the drive thru at the Florence Blvd. Location. They up size my meal and charge me extra for it even though I didn't ask for a up size. Today I decided I was tired of it and tried to call the manager. I have been calling for 2 hours and they will not answer the phone. So, I hope you read this and inform your employees that this is the same thing as stealing from your customers.

  Ordered through door dash and got raw meat. One of my friends that ordered with me ate the burger and noticed it was undercooked.

  Can't even make a big Mac. I got to the hospital with my food. My big Mac didn't even have lettuce on it. Maybe the managers need to teach employees how to make sandwiches right. And the hamburger patty looks like a sausage patty it is so small it don't even cover the bun. Mcdonalds need to do better with their food. It's sad how the preperation if the food is. Order a big Mac and you get it with meat your wondering where is the beef and where's the lettuce. Oh wait they didn't put any on it
