She and her cousin who’s name is Cathedral who is in Texas at the moment but coming back are absolute legends at Dutch Bros PS. please put soft top on side

Every response is sending the problem over to the customer support team that probably does nothing or even exist. Basically making you part of the problem... Read my review and lets see if you just push the customer support button. Two bucks says you do ! The process. Pull up to the window, order your drink , pay for the drink and then comes the rehearsed but always awkward," just one more thing," as the tablet is discreetly turned towards wanting the tip. I ordered a simple double shot medium iced mocha with whipped cream. Pretty simple right ? I'm given a blended mocha without the whipped cream. Do I take the wrong drink and just be happy with what I got ? Or reject it and ask for the correct drink ? Several cars stacked behind me and feeling rushed. I'm not mad but annoyed, I got the blond surfer girl with zero attention span that didn't forget to ask for that tip . She got her two dollar tip and I took what I got wondering if I even got the double shot. Sure didnt taste like it. I WANT MY TWO DOLLAR TIP BACK !! No more tips for awhile....

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
