Called back 7-17-26@10:00 to let them know the guy that answered the phone was very RUDE and said he dropped it off at a location that I know nothing about!!!

Then I'm told to get in the back of the drive thru line so since I've been at work all day I drive 20 minutes to go shower. Come back and have to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes before someone comes to help me after I lay on my horn. It's ridiculous at this place. Nobody wants to do their job. They just float along and get to you when they feel like it. No leadership. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. I called cinnamon bread in at 830pm. Didn't pull off with them till 1030pm. Knowing I have to wake up at 4am for work.
