  If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I have never in my life met a more incompetent evening shift working at dominos in my life. Alex, the GM he said he was the GM but I’m not even sure if that’s true, if it is dominos needs to up their game and get new people in there. 1, the pizza was absolutely nasty, not cut properly, my kids couldn’t even finish a slice of pizza, 1 pizza had too much sauce, another pizza had almost none, I ordered a 32 piece cinnamon bite and got a 32 piece parm bite. I called and Alex told me they were still sitting there under the warmer. My husband said man I don’t want no cold bites and he said they’re not cold, when they literally have sat there for an hour my husband said no I expect some fresh ones since yall messed up and Alex said he wouldn’t do it. Then, my husband went down there to get our money back and Alex, wouldn’t give us a refund because he made the cinnamon bites after telling us he wouldn’t and at that moment we no longer wanted them because he said he wouldn’t make them again, and completely had the rudest attitude. I’d rather give my business elsewhere. I’ve heard about this store going down bad but never experienced it until tonight and now I see what everyone else means. Get new people working and get a new GM for the sake of your customers. Every review the last few months that I’m reading is nothing but bad and I bet every one of them is about Alex and his crew. My order was placed at 8:32, I picked up right before 9 o’clock, I called them at 10:03 because I was going to wait until tomorrow to call because I was tired but I went ahead and called and told them about the mess up tonight and we were instantly met with rudeness, bitterness and a nasty attitude. We won’t be back. Oh and he hung up on me both times we called and the lady that was working with him was just as rude but she wouldn’t give her first name.

  The Dominos in cloverdale has renewed my faith in Dominos pizza. After bad experiences and let downs on promises of reconciliation from the avalon location in Muscle Shoals,that went absolutely nowhere, AFTER they took my information as if they would be in contact or email something. Nothing at all. Since then ive never gone to a Dominos and swore.i wouod never again. I picked up.this pizza for a friend and after this kind of service, ill gladly travel for the AL-157 location. My questions were answered and what the personnel didn't know, he gladly went and found the answers and was pleasant in doing so. He took my order and I went outside to wait for my order. They were kind enough to bring my order to me as it was done early. Excellent job you guys! EXCELLENT! Faith renewed!

  Ordered a pizza and keep in mind I live 3.6 miles away and after ordering the pizza, then they called back and said they don’t deliver across cox creek. I will never order from another dominos again

  The night shift people are so incompetent and very rude! I ordered 2 pizzas, feta and spinach bread, 2 Mello Yellows, 2 marinara sauces and 2 ranch sauces. First, I get a call saying they are out of marinara which I understand and so I asked them to refund those two sauces because I personally don’t like ranch with my feta and spinach bread and she said ok. No refunded amount on my receipt. Then the driver forgets to bring one of my mellow yellows (which shows on the receipt that is attached to my food box)and instead of apologizing he blames the people at the store then asks if I want a refund to which I reply no I would like my drink. So when he comes to bring by my drink he still never apologizes for the inconvenience or anything just says mmhmm to me saying thank you.. they could have atleast apologized! But I do appreciate them bringing my drink back even though it’s kinda their job
