I chose to keep my comments to myself this time, not to avoid conflict but because I already had feelings that my concerns didn't matter and that was confirmed when the second worker threw my bowl down the line to the cashier. Now, I understand this is just a burrito bowl but I just finished working 9 hrs with no break and had been day dreaming about this burrito bowl for at least 3 of them.

I visited the florence location today Thurs. 5/7/26 around 5:00p and I was taken care of by 2 of the most exceptional staff members. They were fast and thorough nothing really out of the way however the means of making sure I was a happy customer was well met and I was having a bad day but they actually left a huge impression on me. I dont know their names but they deserve a raise and promotion! My food was delicious as always. Job well done! Thanks
