  Placed a mobile order 10/4. Went to drive thru and no one was on speaker. The employee on the speaker was just standing outside. When she finally made it inside I told her we had a mobile order. We moved up to the window, the same girl (with long pink braids) opened the window, walked back to the bagged orders and started shouting at me from across the restaurant what was your name!?! I have an order for Cody! I told her that wasnt mine and told her what our order was. She proceeded to hand me Cody's order, I looked in it and again told her it wasnt mine. She was preoccupied with her cell phone and giving attitude while I again told her my name and our order. She put codys food back to be picked up which I think is super unsanitary and just walked away. No sorry, or just one minute nothing she just walked away, gone. She had zero customer service, like we were bothering her. We finally get our food from another employee who was nice and head home about 7 minutes away. The fries were cold, soggy and stale. They didnt even look like arbys fries they were so old. They had no other customers there at all! We figured our food would be made to order and fresh. I called and spoke to a manager and asked if we could have our food remade - 2 fries 2 sandwiches thats it. With attitude she said no - that she would remake the fries only. I didnt order this food to eat at two different times. I dont think it was unreasonable ask. She took my name down for 2 orders of fries to use in the future. We felt as if we were bothering the employees by ordering. We could go anywhere to spend our money, we chose your resturant, and then we were treated like crap not only in person but on the phone.

  Just had a disappointing beef n cheddar. The meat was thick and chewy. Not sure what happened this visit. They are usually quite good.

  My son tried the beef and cheese without onions. He said it was really good. I got the curly fries.

  The food was good and fresh. The service was really good as well.
