The only thing that prompted my review this time was being ignored when the lady gave me the coffee. She was talking to another employee and handed the drinks to us without looking our way and when we said thank you, she didn’t hear us because she was still gossiping back and forth. Would like to update, my husband went today also to surprise me with a coffee for Mother’s Day and the same lady ignored him yet again, so it was not just a one time thing. Very sad as this is our favorite coffee place and we’ve always enjoyed our visits and tip every time because of the exceptional service.
