The people are always so friendly and the last time I was at this location my drink was made wrong and without hesitation I was given a free drink coupon. It's those little things that go a long way. Today just making delightful conversation while waiting for my beverage.

I wish I could recommend this place. The employees are polite (if a little too chatty in the morning) and sometimes the drinks are decent. But unfortunately they’re out of ingredients too often. The Apple flavors for the fall drinks have been out for the entirety of last week, and they’re still out now. I thought I would try to call before making the drive up to the store as I live about 15 miles away, but this is another business that has no personal customer service, and wants to rely on AI voice assistants to give you generic, preprogrammed responses. The local store doesn’t even have a phone apparently. You call the listed number and you get a generic automated “voice assistant” telling you to submit an email if you need something, so you can’t just call to inquire if something is out of stock. So I’ve wasted four trips to this location in the last two weeks trying to get a few particular drinks because they make it impossible to actually talk to a human. Today was the last time. I’ll just go to Dutch brothers, at least they have an app that tells what is or isn’t in stock and available to order. Also, 7brews drinks are incredibly inconsistent. I’ve purchased some that were pretty good, then I’ll order the same drink the next day and it has no flavoring whatsoever. A shame because, again, the employees are kind and the service is pretty quick. Their price is also ok (at least compared to a lot of other places). But none of that matters if they can’t make the drinks you want, and if they waste your time because they refuse to provide actual, real assistance.

This is my favorite 7 brew location! They are all so friendly and upbeat. I love my girl Hannah Jackson! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure our drinks are exactly how we like them, and always has the best recommendations when I want something new:)

Came through a little while ago- Hannah is one of my favorite people to run into while there, she is a whole vibe and I like to mix things up so I have her pick sometimes and I haven't found a drink she has suggested that I don't like yet!

Recently started coming here instead of DutchBros and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Mali (I hope that’s the right spelling) made the experience so quick and friendly. The app/staff remembering my order is my absolute favorite thing, makes morning so much easier. Definitely recommend grabbing my order, a German chocolate mocha with extra coconut and add hazelnut or dark chocolate. It’s delicious.
