  This is our second time in the Shoals area and our second meal at 360. I can't say enough about the staff and food. The view is amazing. We have eaten at Michelin rated restaurants in London and this is just as good

  I was recommended to have dinner by my father, and he sure wasn’t wrong! All of the food, from appetizers to desserts were top notch, and Jen provided the absolute BEST service! Thank you all for the great food and atmosphere!

  We had a bad experience with the food. We spent $220 and left so disappointed and hungry. The salmon was way overcooked and the mignon steak was way undercooked. We regret that we did not send the food back to the kitchen. If there is another chance, I certainly will. The views were beautiful.

  My wife and I have been here a few times over the years. The Marriott is one of of our favorite weekend getaways, so I really want to like this place. It's been about a 50-50 kind of place. Sometimes incredible, sometimes very lacking. Our visit tonight for a special occasion was the worst. Noah, our server, started it out great! I thought we were in very capable hands. A beverage order from the bar took about 30 minutes. No big deal. Still a great evening. My cut of meat arrived. Requested silverware because i really didn't want to use a butter knife to eat with. I asked for medium rare. It was brown about 1/8". Left 1/2 of a $ piece of meat sitting on the plate. I don't send food back and don't complain to management. I just leave and don't go back........

  360 Grille is definitely an interesting dining experience, but for me, the price and overall quality didn’t quite match. The prices are comparable to what we’ve paid at Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas, but the flavor and quality of the food were closer to what I would expect from LongHorn Steakhouse. That’s not necessarily a knock on LongHorn, but when you’re paying premium fine-dining prices, you expect the food to deliver at a noticeably higher level. The presentation was excellent—honestly, the presentation was higher-end than the actual flavor. Service was also very good, attentive, and timely, which was one of the strongest parts of our experience. The rotating restaurant is a cool concept, but even with the 360-degree view, the surrounding scenery is somewhat underwhelming. The rotation itself is more impressive than what you’re actually looking at. Overall, good service, beautiful food presentation, and a unique concept, but the flavor and surroundings didn’t justify the premium price for me. At this price point, I expected the food to be the most memorable part of the experience, and unfortunately, it wasn’t.
