  What a great restaurant in a surprising location. Never would've thought of a rotating tower restaurant being in Florence but it is a unique idea executed well. The views were great all throughout our dinner. The staff was excellent. Our server was very well trained and super attentive. She refilled my water glass several times before I was able to drink it all and checked in on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I weren't too hungry so we shared an entree and she offered to have the kitchen split the entree up on separate plates for us. She also made excellent recommendations on sauce pairings and cocktail options. We were very impressed with the service. The pork belly appetizer was so interesting and very delicious. The candy floss on top was such a wild thought but it really made the dish unique. Another staff member told us to dip the focaccia bread in the sauce and he knew what he was talking about, it was really good. We also got the mixed grill with swordfish, ribeye, and crab cake and everything was incredible. Cooked to perfection and delicious. The truffle fries were also a great side. We had several cocktails and they all were good, the one that is basically s blueberry mojito was our favorite. The vanilla espresso martini was also great for a dessert drink. Overall we had an excellent time and would highly recommend trying for a fancy date night or special event.

  Definitely go for the experience, if you dont want to pay the higher price, go for lunch. The food was fantastic. I definitely didnt expect it to take 2.5 hours to finish our meal, but honestly it didnt feel like we were there that long. Husband got the Mixed grill that had, steak, fish and chicken with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I had the 360 Benedict which was pork belly, poached egg with hollandaise sauce and a asian bbq sauce with fingerling potatoes. Our appetizer was the cheese curds with hot honey and they give you bottomless pita bread. And we got the Ceasar salad.

  We had lunch there it was amazing. By the time we finished our lunch we made it full circle .The service was great McKenzie was very informative.

  We came at 4pm just as it was opening, we had lots of space to ourselves. A thuder storm came through that was great. Saw several rainbows. Food was cooked on point, steak cooked just right. Will go again for sure.

  My husband and I spent our anniversary here and loved it! All of the staff was wonderful and helped make our evening special, especially our server Kelsey. The atmosphere is cozy due to the layout, food was excellent and of course the view is fantastic. On the pricey side but absolutely worth it for a special occasion!
