  Had lunch here the other day. The burger was correct on the receipt, completely wrong in the bag. The other burger was burnt. Tater tots were stale. They took forever to correct it. We were there for over about an hour. It wasn't busy from what we saw. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. No one checked the quality. It was definitely lazy work. I'll won't be back.

  My boyfriend gets a one hour lunch break and we decided on Sonic as a Birthday treat. We made the order at 12:07 and arrived at 12:12. We waited so long for the order to come that I had to drive him back to work at 12:55 because it still wasn’t ready. I came back to wait and I didn’t receive my food until 1:17! That’s over an hour of waiting for a burger and chicken strips! My boyfriend had to go back to work starving, and we couldn’t order anything else because the phone died. He now has to work a 8 hour shift on an empty stomach, ON HIS BIRTHDAY. Idk if it was understaffed or if the grill exploded maybe but you need an insane excuse to take an hour for A BURGER. This is just food, not fast food 😭✌️.

  They have definitely changed the recipe for the lemon lime slushy over the years. From real lemon lime juice to scientifically created lemon lime flavor. The burger was good the fries weren't the milkshake was good.

  No fault to the 2 or 3 employees working on this day because you could clearly tell they were doing their best to service their customers. They were under staffed, the wait time was very long. We first pulled up in a stall and it was taking forever for someone to take our order. After further observation it looked like there was one person at drive through and one cook. No one was delivering food outside. But kept informing us that someone would be right with us. Cars started backing out of stalls and driving to drive through. I ordered two BLT’s. By the time we arrived at window our sandwiches looked like they were thrown together without mayo and 1 slice of bacon. Very skimpy and cold. We were very disappointed for the time we had to wait and the money spent on these sandwiches. Just want management to know that these employees were kind, but stressed out.
