  Specialty pizza was fabulous! Ordered 2 different ones, both great! Brownie dessert delicious! Delivery time fantastic! Driver professional and courteous! Sorry did not get her name but very, very nice! Outstanding smile! Manager Beth EXCELLENT! Beth took our order and offered excellent choices! Highly recommend them when you want great service and delicious pizza!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. On March 20th, we received the wrong order. The driver said she would return with the correct one, but it took nearly two hours. When she finally returned, she left the food outside without knocking, and it sat for over 30 minutes, making it inedible. I contacted the store and spoke with a male manager who was courteous and professional. He apologized and assured me our account would be credited for the full order and that we could use it at any time. On April 21st, I called to use those credits and spoke with the general manager. She was dismissive and unhelpful and told me the credits had expired. I was never informed of any expiration. She also stated there were no male managers working at this location anymore to discuss the situation, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. She mentioned most customers use their credits quickly, and I explained that we do not eat there often. She then offered 50% off, which does not resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of professionalism and failure to honor what was promised is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

  My order was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. My family has ordered from this store several times and each time it’s the same thing. One time it was over an hour late! The quality of the breadsticks has also gotten worse (not enough butter garlic sauce…like hardly any at all) Definitely not acceptable. Spend your money elsewhere!

  Speaking only of the Fairhope location. I'll give them one thing, they are consistent, consistently horrible . It's like an ex-boyfriend you keep going back because its close and convenient. Never again! I asked for extra sauce because their pizzas are dry . If I wanted neapolitan pizza I would have gone to a brick oven joint. Tonight we ordered ahead for pizzas to be ready at 6pm. I swear they must have just cooked it at 5 and left it on that shelf for an hour. Worst Papa John's franchise EVER!!! I wish I would have checked my pizzas before I left. Daphne location is great though.
