Highly recommend them when you want great service and delicious pizza!
- MNMeaghan NezatApr 21, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. On March 20th, we received the wrong order. The driver said she would return with the correct one, but it took nearly two hours. When she finally returned, she left the food outside without knocking, and it sat for over 30 minutes, making it inedible. I contacted the store and spoke with a male manager who was courteous and professional. He apologized and assured me our account would be credited for the full order and that we could use it at any time. On April 21st, I called to use those credits and spoke with the general manager. She was dismissive and unhelpful and told me the credits had expired. I was never informed of any expiration. She also stated there were no male managers working at this location anymore to discuss the situation, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. She mentioned most customers use their credits quickly, and I explained that we do not eat there often. She then offered 50% off, which does not resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of professionalism and failure to honor what was promised is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
