  Wow... Award for worst Chick-fil-A. They sucked our 1st visit... Figured it's new, give em a chance. Today, even worse. Slow service with attitude, really dry, thin chicken and cold fries. Use to be able to count on all their franchises being equal quality... Not true in Fairhope. Shame

  The service is very slow. Only stop if you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare and that's inside and out, in the mornings and afternoons. If my child didn't have to have it, God's chicken would be off the List!

  We arrived to dine in at 8:40 and were unaware that the inside dining was closing at 9:00. We were Never made to feel rushed and our food was hot and delicious. We eat regularly at a Chick Fil A back home in California and we never seem to get hot fries unlike this Fairhope location. The fries were hot and the container was overflowing and generously filled. The condiments were fully stocked, the bathrooms were immaculate and I loved the fresh flowers on the table. Employees gave the traditional “My Pleasure” response when you thanked them. I’m disheartened to read the picky, negative reviews and I think they did everything right. We will be back!

  Hard to believe I have to leave a negative review. This location needs to get their head out of their………Have to repeat orders, you have to give them your phone so they can scan your app and they have to walk back inside with your card to take the payment ( this is 2026, all chick-fil-a’s have wireless scanners at the drive thru). The drive thru is on the outside lane? Most other locations have the mobile order on the outside. Cluster at this location. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Until then, back to wingfingers. Their embarrassing your abilities, along with other establishments!

  Great location, very nice facility, the food could be better, customer service is like a glorified McDonalds. This is the first time I heard “you’re welcome” at a Chick-fil-A and the employee was kind of rude. I’m a Georgia native and the Chick-fil-A vibe is dead at this location.
