Yesterday I went and was the most disappointed I’ve been since the 100+ times I’ve been to big daddy’s. The service was awful (I get being understaffed but inexcusable to use that as a crutch to leave people unattended for 30+ minutes before receiving their first drink {especially if you’re going to the bar anyways just plug the drink order in, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly go get the attention of a server to get one drink order in}) The food is good, the drinks are now just meh. Why did we go back to using ice instead of ice cream for bushwackers? The margaritas seemed to take a step back too. I was impressed by what the current ownership was doing for the last couple of years but last night I was not enthralled, actually heavily disappointed. The food is good but the drinks are expensive for the quality. Maybe it was an off night but I was greatly disappointed, especially how much I hyped it up to my out of town friend to just look silly. I love this place but last night was inexcusable, please do better!
