- KDKatherine DuncanAug 9, 20265.0French dip, cheese sticks. Daniel is amazing, caring, and attentive. I'm not sure if he's the manager but his team seems to really respect him. I've been here twice in the past month, both times he was there. He helps his team and helps them at different stations. Lead by example? Probably. I quit going to Arby's late last year (2025) it was truly awful, dirty, filled with horrible attitudes, teenagers who were disrespectful. The turn-around is night and day. I'm glad I gave them another chance. Daniel seems to be the difference.
