  We had a larger order for my husband and I and our 5 kids and they got everything right! We were on a road trip back from the beach and we're very thankful! Our mcdonalds back home never does it right!

  I believe this location may be under staffed because it took about 25 minutes to get our food after we ordered it on the screens. I did see a cashier fix an order for someone that came inside from the drive thru pretty quickly so that's a positive thing that they fixed it so quickly. There was someone there "auditing" or something at that might contribute to the wait and quality. Our food was not hot despite it looking pretty fresh and they left out a whole meal but got it to us pretty fast when we went back in to ask about it. We try to use the drive thru when we travel but in this case I'm glad we didn't because those cars weren't moving much at all.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 30+ min wait for food, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food. It was very clear that dine-in customers are not a priority here. While those of us inside were left waiting with no updates, the drive-thru line continued moving steadily. The lack of balance in service and attention to in-store guests was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the only sink in the women’s restroom was out of service. Basic cleanliness and functionality should be a minimum standard, and this fell well below expectations. Overall, this location needs serious improvements in both operations and customer care. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to avoid this McDonald’s until changes are made and I will be boycotting this place from now on.

  It took 40 minutes for my family to get our food. The workers were on their phones just standing there. Customers were just walking behind and grabbing stuff. The computers went down while they were preparing our food.
