  Stopped to get a bite after dropping our baby off at college. Kela was the first face I saw and it had a genuine smile on it. She was so kind. Thank you Kela!

  I stopped at Arby's to get a couple sliders. Service people where good - excellent. They were attentive and tried to help ordering through the app. The Arby's app was ridiculous as it said I couldn't order at this location but then it would let me. SMH! While the service people were decent I didn't get what I ordered. Perhaps someone made my order when they heard us talking. Regardless, after all that my order was incorrect. I got in my vehicle and drove away. CAUTION! Even if the people are nice check your order before you leave.

  Id give it a C+ . Arbys in general has gotten a little pricey and seems like for less food. There was no cashier so the kitchen guys had us order from the little computers which call me old school but if im having to learn their order platform like that seems like id receive more food or cheaper price. All and all it was good enough to where id eat there again . Maybe bc its really the only thing at that exit but hey. Oh yrah , the kitchen guys were cool , i ordered the chicken tinders which the screen let me order and pay for but afterward learned they didnt have and it said so on the menu . a casheir wouldve told me that but the kitchen guy traded somethingvelse for about the same money. The black guy was cool , the white guy was kinda rude , he had probably had enough . it was late when i went , around 11 pm. Sometimes things just dont click and im not holding it against anyone , , we good , eat there im sure its better not so close to closing .. 🙂

  Placed Order of 2 roast beef sandwich and a Order of crinkle fries. Spent $14.50. I Asked if the fries were fresh she told me yes but when I received them they were very old and cold! When I ask for fresh ones I was given a look like i was bothering them from continuing their conversations between each other. If they were hot in the 1st place I wouldn't have had to ask for fresh ones. These employees need to realize that the customers coming in to order food allows them to have a job. My thought is if you dont like your job find something else to do. Wont be stopping in at this Arby's in the loves truck stop again
