I don't actually know who's at fault here because the works were nice but this was the slowest moving fast food line I'd ever been in. Our food came before our drinks....then we had to ASK where the drinks were and did the machine stop working? The response back was that they were backed up on drinks....for the record it was 2 sodes. Just regular sodas. I was genuinely confused at how that happened. Again, employees were nice but maybe all a bit confused.

However, this location can’t seem to get it right. There have been multiple instances where orders were not filled correctly, entrees forgotten, out of products, etc. It was so exciting to get a CFA in our area, unfortunately, we got the most inefficient one in the whole franchise.

While the young lady was trying to take my order the girl next to her instead of stepping around her reached in front of her to fill a drink and the one waiting on me had to wait because she couldn't even see her screen. I k ow it was busy but them shouting out people's names for there orders right behind the ones taking orders was a little aggravating. You could hear wait the person taking the order was saying and they couldn't hear you. They should go down to the end where the pickup is to yell.

I asked for cream in my wife’s coffee. When I got back there was no cream in the bag. My wife’s English muffin was actually burnt and black, along with the egg that was touching it. My burrito was half the size I remember them being and wrapped so small that I had to bite through 8 layers of bread to get to any filling. Once I went through the weird wrap-around-the-building-twice line I was told that my food was not ready yet. Chick-Fil-A is not a daily or even weekly treat for us. We go when we are traveling or doing something fun. I drove 15 minutes in the opposite direction for this experience. Someone saw that her English muffin was black and thought, “I’m wrapping this up and giving to them anyway.”
