  It was raining outside and the drive thru menu speaker didn’t have proper cover so you get soaked while you’re ordering. Doesn’t help you have to repeat your order several times for them to get it. Get the food and the fries are hot which is nice, but get to the beef and cheddars only to discover there was not any cheddar on any of them. Additionally, they were not even warm. To top it off they were out of bbq sauce (normally understandable).

  Cannot tell you about the food. Could not get anyone to take our order. Waitied at counter for 5 minutes. No one came to counter. Watched them walk from drive-thru to the back kitchen area and back to front several times. Two ladies were waiting for food and an elderly couple was sitting at a table but had no food. We decided to leave and go down the street to Dairy Queen. Great service at DQ!

  Food cold , forgot our fries, Limited the menu do to being out of alot of inventory Couldn't give a recipe because they where out of paper Wait time on an empty night was still over 30 minutes for just two orders. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for fries to cook . We where polite and the person at the window was polite and apologize for the long wait times. Had limited staff. The workers in the back you could here cursing and foul language. That was totally unacceptable. Recommended not to frequent this restaurant until changes are made. Only three employees was working at night that is why I believe they where slow and so frustrated with ever order.
