    The good- smash burger was good, cherry limeade was good. The issues- fries looked and tasted like they were microwaved from yesterday's batch. They brought the wrong order out the first time and the car hop didnt even ask before running off. I had to almost yell to get her attention. Got the right order and couldnt even double check it before she was back inside. It was also apparent they cared more about goofing off and laughing at each other than they did taking my order. Im for having a fun time at work but you still have a job to do. Maybe if they wouldve taken the job serious for 2 seconds I couldve got hot fries and the correct food. Sonic is definitely on a no go list for me now. This country used to have standards....

    It's a normal Sonic, it's good, but the touch screens never work and sometimes the card scanners don't work. Just fix that stuff and we're good.

    I just left about twenty minutes ago. They were not busy (maybe three cars in booths including me). They took over twenty minutes to collect my order and bring it out. Brought out the wrong order (running being so couldn’t go back to fix it, not that they gave me a receipt anyways). Ordered a breakfast burrito and they gave me two mystery burgers instead. Waste of time and money. The food I did get wasn’t even fresh or good. Their drink machines were supposedly down as well. I won’t be back and would rather drive to Andalusia at this point. Opened up both mystery burgers and can’t eat either due to dietary restrictions, HENCE WHY I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE. Waste of money.

    Decided to go tonight only to receive no service even after waiting for over 20 minutes. Went to ask for a refund, but had to go through the guest services online to get it. For no one to know where my order was and as I stand in the door I allowed the server to know that my order was sitting on the table. The one that no one knew existed. I’ve had issues with Sonic before, but still tried to go because I know food service is not an easy job. Sad to say it will be a very long time if I ever decide to go back. Things have to change so that they aren’t constantly receiving the reviews that they receive. Bad reviews don’t bring in money.

    Its normally great and I usually go daily for a cup of ice and will also buy a bag of ice. Yesterday 4/2/26 afternoonish some lady with a visor (who didn't initially serve me) came to check on me and when I asked would it be possible to get another cup of ice (with the intent I'm sure I have to pay for it) duh....she at first says they don't have alot of ice left that they have to conserve it? Huh????? Then comes back and says they don't do refills anymore that I would have to order another. I just left because she killed my whole vibe of just chilling. I kinda wish you just didnt come to my car whoever you are. My original waitress was just fine and I tip. I dont sit there to take up space or even stay long. I'm just complaining because she ruined my vibe and flip flopped stories about ice which I just like to eat it lol.
