  Not a friendly or welcoming place! No " welcome to mcdonald's"I walked in and was amazed because I had never seen a Mcdonald's like this. This must be the future of this iconic restaurant. I was automatically disappointed because I saw absolutely no humans. Kiosks took the order and you couldnt see the workers doing their job. I heard the enthusiastic manager constantly communicating, but I was there for about 15 minutes and saw no one. We placed an order and i studied the machine that says cash and credit but didnt understand how to put the money in. The food took too long and again, just like many, many McDonald's, the coffee machine was broken. No hot caramel machiatto. The customers that came after us had cash and didnt know how to pay. The manager came out and showed them where to put cash but it was separate from the machine. The customer ended up asking the manager to please ring her up. The customer that came after had to wait a while to be noticed because since the restaurant is made for you not to see customers, no one noticed he was there. He ended up walking out. Though the store was extremely clean and when I did see humans. I was expecting a Mcdonald's like this in Orlando, Florida, or any big city, not in a rural area like Enterprise, AL.

  Went through the drive thru at 2:35 am. The lady handing the food out was prompt , friendly and fast. I did overhear a call to her in the middle of handing me my order. Someone was complaining to her about her being too slow with my order. She did nothing wrong and handled the situation perfectly. Me on the other hand I was slow getting to the window.

  Drive through person working at second window close to the road was extremely rude and unprofessional.. good luck with that whoever is running that store

  “I came to this McDonald’s location for a DoorDash order and received completely inconsistent information from staff. One employee said the system would be down until after breakfast, while another said it would be back at breakfast. The manager also gave conflicting information. When I calmly tried to clarify the situation, the manager became dismissive, prioritized defending her employee instead of helping resolve the issue, and then closed the drive-thru window in my face. She also stated that since it’s a franchise, I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone above her, which is both unprofessional and misleading. This caused unnecessary delays and directly impacted my delivery. Clear communication and basic respect should not be this difficult. And this is the second time I came down here to DoorDash and that lady who’s on the intercom told me that their system were now when they were not. Very disappointing experience.”
