  Food was cold and gross didn’t even eat it just paid and left. Ended up going to dinner elsewhere won’t be back to this location. I added a picture of my recipe so there is proof I was a customer.

  I enjoy a good BWs, but this place is far from that and I would probably just change the name of this particular restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge us after we sat down to get drinks. Another 40 minutes had gone by before we just asked for our food to be placed as a to go order. We also were given chips and dip since our order was taking a while and “surprise” it wasn’t even warm and the cheese dip had a film over it from sitting in the back for so long. I have never not given a tip but this will be the first time. I’ve also never heard a server say, I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen.

  First, it took an uncomfortable amount of time to even be greeted, and then we were informed to just seat ourselves. Why not just post a sign? We ordered water and Pepsi, 10 bone-in wings and 10 boneless. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food. Bone in wings were incredibly overcooked, and the boneless came out cold. Such a disappointing waste of my money. We also understand that if the kitchen is backed up, that it isn’t the server’s fault, however there was no communication from our server. She has “certified trainer” on her name tag but we were pretty disappointed in the general communication, speed, and quality of our dinner. We will not be back.

  This is me and my Husband's 3rd time being here. The second time was superbowl weekend so I definitely understood but the staff that weekend was very rude. This time, we came in and sat down, taking 15 minutes to get anyone to order our drinks. They rarely came to our table. It is understaffed. One of the servers were sitting and talking to the barkeeper for 5 minutes. They stopped in the backroom and were talking, standing around. We came in and noticed tables around us not cleaned up. Waited 20 minutes until someone came up. My husband ordered the Redbull watermelon smash and she just gave us a redbull which that was a miscommunication so not too much on her. We came in at 6pm. At 8pm we still have not received any food. Not even our appetizer. The tables around us wait even longer and the tables that have food on them STILL have not been cleaned up. The music is quiet loud for a sports bar. I tried to be patient but overall, the management needs to hire more staff and have a better routine..

  Dennis was hands-down the best man I’ve ever met. I love him so much me and my buddy Mark I Was third wheeling on a date with my buddy Mark and Dennis just came right in and took me under his wing. He held me tight and said I will find love too all joke aside. Dennis is so handsome. Thare really is no other reason I go to Buffalo wild wings, other than To see Dennis and his wonderful service and beard in the case of dip is really good
