    I ordered 4 grilled chicken sandwiches with mayo and pickles only. After I picked up we discovered, a couple of hours later, that all the sandwiches had onion on them. NOT EVEN AN OPTION ONLINE! Two of the people I ordered for today are allergic to onions. I spent approximately $,49 today and we couldn't eat half of it!

    The chicken fingers are always excellent, and I love the Come Back sauce--it keeps me coming back. But this particular store is often rather slow. It is worth the wait, and the food is hot when it comes.

    Arrived an hour before close and the only person there. Not only do I get forgotten about and wait for 25 minutes for my food and am only given it when I pull back through the drive through to REMIND them im waiting for my food, but they also messed up my order... I wanted 2 plain cheeseburgers and some fries, and instead of that I got the wrong order(when im the only person there somehow)and a waste of 30 minutes. Also as a plus my bag was ripped and all the food fell out of it. This joint is the only place open after I get off work and this level of service is flat out unacceptable. I work in hospitality and have been in their shoes and have always considered myself "Extremely easy" to be served at places. It is obvious to me a culture of incompetency and neglect has been nurtured here by the ownership and management which is a shame. Be better.
