Chris placed my info in the computer and said if he's not there when I pick up my order they can look in the computer. Chris act as if he was clueless about my prior visit. He asked if he'd seen me this week? I asked the cashier to pull my name up in the computer. He pulled it up and said "Bingo!" I looked at Chris and told him I didn't want the order because he didn't handle the situation correctly. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!! Terrible customer service

Called the store and let the phone ring for 11 mins, no answer. Get to the store at 10:05 and they say, it just went out 7 mins ago. Asked for coporate's number and was told to all 1800Dominos. No explanation, no apology just a bunch of what can't be done. As im headed home the driver calls and i ask hom what took so long and he stated that they have been busy and short staffed with only 2 drivers. I feel they should have called and said they are short on drivers and ask if i can come get it or at least keep me updated on my order. I've genuinely tried with this store. Is sad to say that when the black managers are there, service is absolutely horrible and that's sad to say especially being a black woman. I only get good/decent service when a white manager is there and race shouldnt even be a factor here, but its the truth. I will NEVER order from them again and will be calling the actual corporate number tomorrow. This store is just sorry as hell.

I actually like the MeatZZa thin crust but I have yet to order it to be delivered when it was delivered correctly. One time the delivery person and friend ate it (I was told this by the manager). Even with that info from the manager, I was never refunded for what I am sure was a delicious pizza. Today, because I am a glutton for punishment, the pizza was delivered to the wrong house. Called customer service which was a complete waste of time. Ordered it again and went and picked it up this time. Best damn $60+ pizza I've ever had.
