  Ordered a pizza and it went to the wrong address. I called and they said they left it at the address given. The person that called me back said that it was my fault because I said I did confirm that there was a package at the front door? Being a teacher—spending $31 dollars on a pizza that you did not get for your family that was visiting really sucked. Do better dominos.

  For the love, the customer service at this location is the absolute worst. I actually like the MeatZZa thin crust but I have yet to order it to be delivered when it was delivered correctly. One time the delivery person and friend ate it (I was told this by the manager). Even with that info from the manager, I was never refunded for what I am sure was a delicious pizza. Today, because I am a glutton for punishment, the pizza was delivered to the wrong house. Called customer service which was a complete waste of time. Ordered it again and went and picked it up this time. Best damn $60+ pizza I've ever had.

  I’m usually pretty pleased with the pizza from this store, but I just got a carry out medium pizza and they didnt put any of the garlic butter on the crust. Honestly, the pizza does not taste good without it imo

  **See end of review to see update about issue** April 18, 2026: I’ve now been hung up on 5 times since my order was delivered. I received the wrong items as well as missing items. On top of that the driver was 45 mins past my normal grace period of 15-20mins past original delivery timeframe. I am located less than a mile away from the store. *due to car issues I could not do carry out.* All I’m trying to do is call to let them know and either refund or just make it right tomorrow. I’ve now hit the 17 minutes mark of just having the phone ring and ring (after the 5th time getting hung up on), I know for a fact they are ignoring me because last time they picked up to hang up someone said “just ignore the phones, we aren’t helping anyone. Have you seen that show….”, then the phone disconnected. After being hung up on the before mentioned times…. If this means I let it ring until they close…. I’ve got nothing else to do. 😊. I’ll be going to the store tomorrow as well and just try to get a refund or something. I’ve now hit the 27min mark of playing phone chicken, since I was hung up on for the 6th time after the above comment was made before hanging up, It’s now 11:28pm…. Who’s going to come out the victory in this epic battle?? Who will the children sing future songs about?? I report back to say they hung up first! That was hang up #7, I stand in victory at the minute mark of 40min. But I shall not give in! Yes that’s right… it’s now 8mins after the victory of phone chicken… Who will win? Stay tuned… After another 15 minutes of just it ringing and ringing, someone answered! They said “ok what the hell do you want?” Not phased by the rude words I proceeded to tell this gentleman that my order was delivered incorrectly and that I would like it made right. I asked for either a refund or replacement food items and I would be happy to pick them up tomorrow if that would be easier since it was getting late. The gentleman proceeded to say “sure bro, let me get on that right now because you’re so special.” He then put me on hold, and I was again on hold until midnight and the phone line disconnected. Seriously everything I just said is 💯 true. If they do not make this right tonight (seeing as it’s past midnight now, that’s not going to happen) by just answering the phone, I’ll be going there tomorrow… **UPDATE aka THE NEXT DAY** April 19, 2026 - I drove to the physical store with my receipt. Explained that I just want either a refund or replacement food items. I was told “No”, I asked for my receipt back but was not given it, as it was balled up and thrown into the trash behind the counter and then ignored. I didn’t cause a scene, I didn’t call anyone names or anything. I said bye and I’ll be trying to get ahold of whoever owns this franchise or if I have to go to corporate, I will. This is not normal for me to do but this blatant disregard for customer service and order details, blows my mind. My bill total was for like $80-86, not including the tip which brought it to over $100.
