I sent my husband to this Taco Bell location and stayed on the phone with him to insure that my order was right just for them to get most of it wrong. He asked for three Doritos locos tacos supremes THREE TIMES and they were missing from the bag completely!! The burrito with potatoes and meat in it had super old potatoes in it like they had been sitting out all day!! He asked to change a regular hard shell taco in a combo into a Doritos locos taco and it was regular anyway. Horrible customer service and as a pregnant woman I am highly disappointed especially because my order was REPEATED OVER AND OVER AGAIN BUT WAS STILL WRONG!!!! If you don't wanna work just stay home!! People spend their hard earned money on this food just to have it played over. Will never return.

I placed my order at the in-store kiosk, and when it was ready, the employee barked at me instead of calling my name and handed me my food. I did not find this humorous. It came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. My order was also completely incorrect. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that, but intentionally treating customers poorly is not acceptable. I won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather drive 20 minutes farther to avoid an experience like this again.
