  I just had a same exact experience with James T. I ended up not getting a refund but the workers seemed like they didn’t care about their job. They had an attitude and being unprofessional.

  At first, I stopped at the Sonic on Murphy Hill intersection. I waited in line and nobody came to take my order There was a whole line of people in back of me and nobody ever came to the microphone. I pulled up to the window and there were three people inside they did not come to the window, they did not come and say that they were short-staffed and they would get to me and so I left. I was probably there waiting patiently for 25 minutes. If I could give this store a -1, I would. Then I headed over to the Sonic at 1067 Ross Clark and my order was taken immediately and I got my food in a short period of time.

  Normally this Sonic is great. But this time, I ordered ahead on the app. I still ended up sitting in the pickup area for FIFTY MINUTES while cars that came after me got served. My food was COLD, and they forgot my ranch cup on top of everything else. I'll stick to the one on West Main even though this one is five minutes from my house.

  Ordered onion rings and a float. Float was so thick I couldn’t drink it until it melted and was gross. Inion rings were burnt and hard and unreal greasy. I drove to drive thru and nobody answered. So I pulled to the window and waited a while. Was told to pull to the first stall. I did and 15 minutes later I had to ask the carhop (who was super nice) if I can just get refunded on PART of the order. He said the manager wasn’t there and whoever was in charge wouldn’t even come talk to me at all. Of course they say they can’t refund. I am waiting to see.

  11:30 pm last night I went to up speaker. Not a single other car. Pushed the button and waited 6 minutes. No one answered. I thought maybe the button is broken. I went to drive through. Sat and waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Drove up to the window. Guy was sitting playing on his phone. Refused to even acknowledge I was there. Hour sign said they were open. Sat there until I got sick of it. Pulled away from drive through and watched. Customer behind me in drive through did the same thing. Absolutely lazy useless employees.
