  I normally don’t leave reviews but I stopped here to get a late night snack and we ordered 3 all American bacon smash burgers 2 plain and 1 all the way we instead got 3 all American smash burgers. After waiting a long time I called them and they sent someone to remake them. I gave them the receipt and instead they took our order back and just added bacon to the old ones instead of getting new ones and didn’t change anything else. So the second time after we waited double time we got cold, soggy, and wrong bacon smash burgers. So that was a waste of $40.

  I have been here twice in the past week and each time I have to push the button multiple times and sit for 10 plus minutes just to get anyone to answer. I’m here now and finally got someone to answer after 16 minutes and 7 button pushes AND still had to wait “a few minutes” to get my order in. I understand it may not be the workers’ faults, but this is a little crazy.

  Ordered and even though credit card function was not working, the food came out fast and the server was so nice. Took my card and only I. A matter of seconds was done. Only complaint the manual entry does not allow for a tip. And she deserved one but has no cash on me
