  Food took long and was cold. Onion rings were burnt. Never going to this Sonic again. The one on Montgomery is always good.

  First time there and last my chil dog was cold and the chil to let them know and still was not right it came back Luke warm..the lady came out and was so rude must have been the manager she acted like I was taking her funds..and the car next to me had the same issue with there's

  After pressing the button five times and then somebody would do something different and it would tell me to tap the screen or press the red button again for service. Three other vehicles pulled in after me and I could hear them talking on the intercom and getting the order. Then finally these six times after I press the button somebody actually said something and asked me if they could take my order. The only thing I ordered was a drink and it finally came out after the three others ahead of meat was served. I would say definitely not user friendly at this location to Americans with Disabilities who cannot get out and walk to a distance to the front door. Beware. My ticket number is 489664.
