  My recent experience was absolutely horrible. Pizza Hut used to be the best pizza place on the planet. Not anymore. Not sure what's going on with them now, but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a full Buffalo Chicken Melt. I did not receive the ranch dressing that was supposed to come with it. It looked totally disgusting and had some weird shaved grass particles or oregano or something all over it... something I definitely didn't ask for. The melt itself was hard as a brick with a dried cheese-like substance inside. It was totally inedible. I tried to pick out a few chunks of chicken out of one slice. It made me sick. I had the feeling of and experienced symptoms of what cyclosporiasis has been described to cause. Look at the pic of the Buffalo Chicken Melt that Pizza Hut advertises. Then, look at what I actually received. Don't waste your money or risk your health. 🤢 🤮

  Es frustrante venir a este lugar a a recoger alguna orden para hacer delivery.Hoy estube cerca de una hora esperando cuando me dicen que no habian empezado a hacer la orden.En fin mala atención y para colmo ni se disculparon. Y el local practicamente vacío.

  We had high hopes for Pizza Hut in Dothan when they remodeled. We went it was fresh and hot like old times the first trip. Unfortunately since then it gets worse every time and tonight was the final straw. After being greeted and told to sit anywhere, we sat up front. Those if you that know me, I'm hard to overlook lol. We sat there for over 30 minutes watching the servers walk by and never even got a drink order taken. They weren't very many people there. Customers that were there were all waiting for food. Them more people came in were served drinks, orders taken and still nothing. We kept waiting and just finally gave up.

  2.5 hours after placing an online order, no pizza. Called the 1-800 number and was placed on hold for 20 mins after being told they didn’t see the order and couldn’t get ahold of the store. Called the store and was placed on another long hold while listening to other orders being placed. Terrible customer service! This is absolutely unacceptable. Use Papa John’s right down the street. There’s a reason why Pizza Hut isn’t thriving anymore.
