  2.5 hours after placing an online order, no pizza. Called the 1-800 number and was placed on hold for 20 mins after being told they didn’t see the order and couldn’t get ahold of the store. Called the store and was placed on another long hold while listening to other orders being placed. Terrible customer service! This is absolutely unacceptable. Use Papa John’s right down the street. There’s a reason why Pizza Hut isn’t thriving anymore.

  This was great. Absolutely great. Ashley served us and she was very sweet and told us the specials for the day which led to us paying MUCH less. The restaurant was cleans and comfortable. The restroom was clean. The service was just great. 5 stars for the restaurant. And 5 stars for Ashley that tried to make our experience as pleasant as possible.

  The waitress was really nice. She cared enough to let me know the large pizza was cheaper than the medium pizza right now. She seemed kinder than most waitresses that I get.

  I’m not rating the food because I didn’t eat enough to say. Spent 20 minutes waiting on drinks, got 2 of the 3 we ordered. Left after 30 minutes. Paid $36 for the lunch buffet for 3; had 4 pieces of pizza, 4 breadsticks between the 3 of us. If was busy I could understand but there it was only about a third full. Apathy is about the only word to describe the service. The upgrade is completely wasted on this location.
