Everyone was friendly, and the bowls were all packed very heartily. Definitely no skimping out on the portions in this case. I see that several reviewers have had far worse experiences, and perhaps management listened to the negative reviews and has decided to implement a significant change. If that's the case, I highly commend the team responsible for the improvements. This is easily one of the best of all the hundreds of Panera experiences we've ever had!
