I called to get my money back because the apps was glitching and first thing they said was “welcome to burger king” and was laughing the whole time! This is a mcdonald’s not no burger king. I never got my money back because the manager didn’t make any sense. I could barely hear him and he was laughing! He did not take my order seriously. I’m never going back!!

I was told that could not get my sandwich made that way because there was not a button to sub the potato bun. I don't like sesame seeds and I normally order this combination at any other McDonald's and have no issues so I don't see why there's a problem here.

I can’t believe how stupid I am for coming here and getting treated with a nasty attitude. I’m tired of this crap! Every location this franchise owns in Dothan has employees with bad attitudes towards customers but they’re so playful with each other, last time I came to this location at night everyone was waiting for their food in the lobby and the employees were having a blast cutting it up with each other. The saddest part is that this review will do absolutely nothing about this issue. They will literally hire anyone, you only need to have a pulse and you are hired!
