  ​I recently took my young nephews here, and it was a fantastic experience! It’s a perfect spot for early elementary-aged kids. ​Highlights: ​The Play Area: They have a great indoor play space for kids and toddlers. It was clean and kept my nephews entertained the entire time. ​ The Service: We used the kiosk to order, and the food was brought right to our table. The staff member who served us was so friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time! ​ The Food: Our entire order was 100% correct, and everything arrived hot and fresh. ​This is a great, family-friendly environment. We will definitely be back!

  This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Dothan!! I only gave one star because I couldn’t post the review without a selection. I come here to get coffee in the mornings because it’s close to my job. I always order a medium coffee with 7 sugars. Yesterday, I got my coffee just to open the lid and see it full of creamer. So I had to go back to the location to get it replaced. When I got there, I had to wait at least 3 minutes for someone to see if I’d ordered. No apologies for the mix up or the inconvenience. I went back today, storming raining to get another coffee, where I was told by the young guy in drive thru that I’d have to come inside to get a SINGLE COFFEE because I had the pickup option set to counter pickup, after I explained at the speaker that I couldn’t change on the app. Of course I couldn’t get a refund, so I had no choice but to go in. Once inside, I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR THE COFFEE!!! There were two managers up front , neither greeted me, I had to tell them that I needed my order. My 5 year old has better courtesy than these people. This location is never smiling, never helpful and never getting a dime from me again.

  I went through the drive thru tonight and the woman who took my order was very sweet. I didn’t catch her name, but she got our order correct, it was fresh, and had a great attitude. I wish more McDonald’s had employees like this.

  I want to post pictures of what I got. First of all, we could not understand the person at speaker. Then I hear him say, “Do you want to round up?” I said, “No thank you.” I jokingly told my friend, “ I hope they don’t throw our fish sandwiches out of the box. We get our food. Looked in the bag and the cheese was struck to the bottom of the box completely out of the sandwich. I didn’t see any tarter sauce. The fish filet was half off the bun and stuck. I would not touch it with my hands and tried to use the napkin to slide fish meat under the bun but it would not move. I ate the fish that was outside the bun and tossed the sandwich. I was so upset that I just didn’t eat any fries. On a brighter note, the coke was good.
