We didn’t get nothing we ordered. They always want us to wait. We waited 5 to 10 minutes after we drove through. The drive-through had to go inside and they didn’t get the order right will not be back called and they act like it was no problem. worst customer service ever.

Burgers were dry, floors were greasy throughout the restaurant, no lights in bathroom stall, tables in the dining room were dirty. Very poor housekeeping. Jacks usually has great food but this one is definitely lacking in a few areas
