  I just wanted to take the time to thank Donna! My husband, daughters, puppy and I made a stop on the way from SC to FL! Donna was so patient with us and provided excellent customer service plus our matchas were yummy!!! Good customer is not very common these days so I appreciate you!!! Thanks Donna!!!!

  I had a cup full of cream. No wonder they offer expresso shots. My bagel was tough and chewy. Like eating a gumball.

  Gave me black coffee when I asked for almond milk!!! I even noticed it was very dark and said “is there milk in here?” She said “yes, almond milk”. Hire people that actually have some sense please.

  I really wanted to love this Dunkin. It’s so convenient being across the street from my job. It was great when it first opened, but it’s TERRIBLE now. By mid day, there’s hardly a selection for donuts. Staff is rude to customers and they argue amongst each other right in front of customers. I’ve never had an issue with the RCC store, I guess I’ll just go there from now on.
