- EAEmma AlfordMar 20, 20261.0My husband placed a pick up order for me to stop and get. I went through the drive gave them his name. The guy was very polite but couldn’t find our order. He then asked two ladies he was working with the younger one said multiple time “she already has it”. Then she says “ an older woman already picked it up” I told them we didn’t send anyone else to pick the order up. Both women visibly have an attitude and are openly making comments insinuating I’m lying. I was then asked by the man to come inside. I got my toddler out and came in. The man told me they were going to have to remake the order. I ask him how long he thought it may take because based on how the women were treating me I didn’t really want to wait around. He asked the older women who I am guessing was in-charge. She huffed roller her eyes and made a comment along the lines of “we are going to make a note of this incase it happens again”. Hearing this I just told him to cancel my order because I no longer wanted to deal with the situation. He asked the same older woman how to cancel it she again visibly had a very annoyed attitude told him to hold on aggressively shopped whatever she had infront of her and make over and proceeded to type for a while (I’m assuming was the note on our account )and canceled the order. I in no way was upset by the mix up. I was however disappointed in the workers. I hate to say it but if you did your jobs correctly and simply had asked for the order number to verify who was getting what our order wouldn’t have been gone. I understand we are all human and make mistakes and that’s fine but I do hope that the workers remember that too. Customers don’t deserve to be publicly humiliated because of a mix up. I hope that both of those women have a great night and maybe learn to be kinder as they would wish the same for themselves. To add we place all of our orders at this location and have had multiple occasions where our order was not correct and have never complained. We understand errors.
