  I have never had an experience like this at any other Chipotle. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and rushed the entire process. While ordering, they immediately moved my food down the line to the next person without even giving me an opportunity to ask for double ingredients. When we reached the toppings, I asked for cheese on both of my orders, and they immediately started packing them up—even though I wasn't finished and wanted to add more toppings. On top of being rushed, they heavily skimped on every single ingredient we asked for. The chips I bought for my son were a joke; there were maybe ten chips in the bag, and they tasted completely stale. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible. The entire place looked ransacked. The tables were dirty, and the cabinets under the fountain drink station were wide open with items falling out. There were even boxes piled on top of the utensil counter, forcing me to move them myself just to get forks and spoons. This location is poorly managed, and the customer service is nonexistent. I won't be coming back.

  The food itself was good. But then I got to the chips. I love chipotle sm but yall these chips were STALEEEEEE. Like it was genuinely so bad. I was so sad cause I love the chips sm too.

  Employees are always nice but I tell you that place is dirty!! Depending on what food looks like determines what I order as some of it looks pretty old . I probably won't be going back anytime soon as I can't buy my food from a dirty establishment .

  The worst Chipotle I’ve been to in the entire United States. Walking into this location was honestly disgusting, and it’s embarrassing that a company like Chipotle allows a restaurant to operate in these conditions. The floors were filthy, the bathrooms were dirty, and the food service area looked neglected and unsanitary. While customers were actively eating, employees were scrubbing the floors with soap and water. Completely inappropriate and disgusting for a restaurant environment. To make it even worse, there was a dirty floor mat placed where customers put their trays. Absolutely unacceptable. The customer service was just as bad. Employees were gossiping with each other instead of helping customers, moving with zero urgency while people waited in line. The entire place felt unmanaged, careless, and completely lacking basic cleanliness and professionalism. This location seriously needs management intervention, proper sanitation standards, and employees who actually care about customer service. This was not just disappointing it was genuinely unacceptable. I will never return.
