  Came to this Bojangles on my way to work and from start to finish I had a great experience it's been a very looooong to since I have been to a bojangles and you have regained a customer the service the joy I heard in the employees voice the manager and the young lady in the drive thru had a very nice attitude and whoever did the food thanks so much for the freshness you all made my work morning shift go a whole lot better Thanks 🔥🔥🔥💜💜💜

  Terrible customer service. Repeated our order when we paid because the lady didn’t take it I guess, then she told us to pull around to the front parking lot and they would bring it out. We waited for over 25 minutes, my husband went in and asked if it was close to being ready… and they had forgotten our order. Complete stupidity

  Service was horrible. There was enough people working but the problem was communication. They were messing up drive thru and inside orders.

  Twice I was given wrong food. Refused to make the chicken I wanted and fries because they closed in 30 minutes.next day was given wrong food only to realize when I got home. At that time they had just closed. Terrible service and very rude.
