I ordered Uber eats and I live literally 5 mins away . My food is so damn cold , like ridiculous a small fry literally 5 fries . Could have been the driver but ridiculous if ya ask me! NEVER AGAIN!

Came here twice and waited forever in the drive thru & food was mediocre at best. Went tonight and got thru very fast, and the food was 100% right and tasted good. Definitely getting better.

I ordered the large roast beef sandwich . It was cold and did not taste fresh. Also the meat was not on the bun correctly. It's usually not just sliced and stacked. Worst roast beef I ever had. This arbys has always been bad. Are they the next company to go under????

Placed a mobile order pickup time said 507 we wait with a car or 2 ahead of us to be told to pull up and wait we waited 10 mins for the food was a very simple small order 3 roast beef 3 fries 1 order of jalapeño bites pull into a parking spot for items to be missing lobby wasnt full of people plenty of employees doesn't make sense as to why it would take 10 mins for food will not be coming back what ever happened to drive through times and getting customers taking care of put a pep in your step not a hard job at all used to work for the company maybe some better management

Food was really good, but all the staff had an attitude from HELL. The cashier said he had a bad headache & was close to getting off. The runner for drive thru couldn't get his orders straight & I don't even know what the little thing lady was doing. But they were fussing at each other & yelling about the orders & driver thru customers. They must have been having one hellacious day to be so I'll with everything!!!!
