  Food was cold when received it. Ordered 1/2 lb Arby's sandwich #2. Fries were mediocre not worth what I paid. Had I not been on 231 I would have turned around.

  Employees were happy, good mood, and polite. Service and food on the other hand not so great, ordered through drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for a drink with a hole in the side of the cup and cold food that tasted as if it was just pulled from the refrigerator.

  Was told at 8 PM on a Saturday they couldn’t serve me because there wasn’t enough people there and they didn’t have the portions which means they had everything in the store to make my food. They just refuse to do it. What is the point of having the damn store open if you won’t make the food you have in the building and it’s a new sandwich a brand new sandwich and within just a couple weeks I’ve already ran out of it. I don’t think so. Hire people or closure restaurant.
