  Me and my wife come through every other day and everytime we come through there’s this sweet little girl who’s always smiles we get the best experience when she’s there !!! She never has a name tag on but we did get a recipe with her name on it (znaya) please excuse me if I’m spelling it wrong . She carries herself like she’s a manger I was very shocked when she said that she wasn’t. That’s one sweet employee you guys have I love coming while she’s on duty she doesn’t know it but my grandmother died and I came through sad she put a smile on my face with her positive attitude and smiles .

  Not even from Alabama just passing by after swinging by Florida to pick up a dog from a family member and the kids being hungry… Me a pregnant mom Really craving some good food getting very disappointed because everything’s tasted like it’s been pre-cooked How in the heck can y’all sit and literally serve roast beef that taste sour Peach cobbler eggrolls that’s literally just been re fried Curly fries were cold And y’all said my jalapeño poppers were just freshly cooked honey. It was pouring grease. If I wouldn’t head home and not starving to death already, I would throw the damn food at y’all $47.52 later and y’all didn’t even bring up my food right either. We wanted a meal but y’all did whatever because we didn’t want the drinks cause they didn’t have cause they didn’t have ice.

  I’ve gone to Arby’s for many years. I try to continue having a good outlook on this place but it’s impossible. I’ve went here about 3 times within the same month and each time I left in the worst mood. The management is absolutely horrible. Do they TRY to get the food out on time? Yes. But to pull so many cars because of a simple timer is insane. I’ve worked in fast food for many years, so I understand you want the timer at a low time, but to do this every single day is ridiculous. If you know you need to drop food, cook it, and bag it then learn to do it faster. this place is just odd, the employees have such fake attitudes. The only person who I personally have only enjoyed having an order taken by is Naelynn and Isaiah but I haven’t seen him in a minute. Roland is fast but doesn’t speak as much and kind of has a “just get the food and leave”. Amy is horrible. I’m not sure how she’s working here but someone needs to teach her how to be kind to others. I’m speaking out now because about last week I came in and ordered a roast beef meal for my husband. Maybe she was already upset but when she took my order it was clear she had attitude. I ignore it bc I’m honestly not a confrontational person. I waited about 6 minutes( I went in, not drive thru ) and so as I was waiting she went and did other stuff, well I ended up hearing her and a guy, he’s back line so he may be the cook. And they were just talking so horrible about one of the employees. As a manager if you don’t like one of your employers you speak to them ONE ON ONE. They completely degrading her and talking so horrific about the employer that I’m shocked could be said by anyone. Idk how she’s working still but clearly Arbys holds up it’s reputation for a reason and I hope one day Roland hires a new manager because the way Amy was is absolutely disgusting behavior to be a manager. Do not ever give her a raise and do not ever let her become a GM at this or any other Arbys.

  Arbys gets too much hate, food is always good for what it is. Service at this location is very nice, shout-out to the crew. Thank you to the drive thru employees working 5/29 lunch time, they gave my dog a pup cup, I didn't even have to ask :)
