    I stopped in after being at the hospital all night and wanted to get home. I bought a Ruben combo and a Philly combo just to drive 45 min home and see someone had taken a damn bite outa my sandwich and bagged it!! Here's the kicker so I call up there and tell the night manager and she hangs up on me?? Really? Me more anyone I know will eat at Arby's again

    While eating, I just happened to look at my sandwich and realize there was plastic protruding from it. Could it be a one off accident? Possibly. I shouldn't have to worry about myself or my children choking on plastic while eating at arbys.

    I messed up my order for pickup. I called up there and they fixed it up even tho my order hadn't even come through the system yet! Awesome food better service!!
