  Seriously I have been in this drive thru line for 27 minutes and there is still two cars ahead of me. How, how is this acceptable? WHATABURGER DO BETTER!!!!!

  I went through the drive thru at 3:21pm today (6-18-26), there was a light skin African American that waited on me. I do not know his name, as the receipt does not have his name on the bottom, however, OMG, he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Smiling, polite, made me smile and felt as if I was the only customer or that I had won a prize! He done an amazing job on listening to my order and then he proceeded to cook the food exactly how I ordered. Thank you so much for doing what you should as someone who works in fast food and works with the public. I left the drive thru with a smile and said, " I love him! He is amazing!" You sir, will be the reason I keep coming back to this location!

  I was picking up a DoorDash order late last night around 2:00 am in the drive thru and the manager was really rude and aggressive to me for no reason he told me at the drive thru speaker that he could actually refuse to give me the DoorDash order for the customer order I was picking up and i asked him why I haven’t did anything wrong or said anything to make you have a bad attitude towards me all I was trying to do was pick up a door dash order I asked another employee to tell me his name so I could report him to DoorDash being rude to me and the Mexican girl employee shrugged her shoulders saying she doesn’t know it I then told her you work here so you should know that manager name I used to work in restaurants and I know that is bad customer service and that’s not how to supposed to talk to customers in a drive thru speaker there was no reason why I should have got treated like that it was unacceptable I hope nobody else get mistreated by that manager just trying to do you’re job and deliver food to a customer I had to cancel the customer order because I refuse to get treated that way by a manager that has a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers he doesn’t deserve to be working there because he obviously doesn’t care to lose that job getting by how he is treating customers I hope whatabuger gets a better manager that knows how to talk to people without being disrespectful, rude, and hateful for no reason towards customers I am very disappointed at the service I received last night

  I had two coupons from my kids school for free burgers. The young man at the counter was very helpful taking our order and making sure we got the correct discount. One of the burgers didn't have the right toppings, but the kids were OK swapping. I will also say the inside dining room was very clean. It was probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in. They also had a 96 health score, which is also great!

  What a delight, to get a tasty "normal size burger" unlike the nearly sliders other burger places try to pass off at a high cost. The onion rings were great and the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles on the burger were fresh. Will be back!
