Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     Good chicken sandwich, but I paid for the premium and they gave me the regular one without lettuce and tomatoes. Also, I asked for ketchup and they gave me 8 ketchups. I'm not complaining, but I only needed one.

    Really hate that everytime I decide to get something extra on my burgers the stuff is always missing in this case an extra meat patty which I had payed for so why bother spending extra If I'm never getting what I pay for??? That doesn't make sense, not the first time this happens and I know it's not gonna be the last either.

    Curbside order was still sitting 20 minutes past the expected pickup time, so I eventually had to go inside. The cook not only prepared our order but also had to bring it out because another employee was too busy loitering. The food itself was delicious, but the fries were cold from sitting out. It’s frustrating to see a few employees drag down an otherwise good establishment. The pictured person also chose to occupy a handicapped parking spot despite many other options being available.

    20 minutes to hand me a burger. There was a total of 2 people in side and someone who can 5 minutes after got his stuff right away. They have what look like children working. All they are doing is goofing off. Worst experience at a watabuger I ever had
