  We came in, spent $40 for half our food to be incorrect and our drinks to be wrong. Then when we needed assistance they hid in the back and we waited 10 mins. When they didn’t come we just ate our incorrect food and drinks out of hunger.

  They ignored me until I left and looked at me through the Drive-Thru window as I pulled off. It was 30 minutes till close and they decided that they weren't serving me. This happened July 14th 2026. This isn't the first time this has happened. 90% of the time I go here my order is incorrect. This will be the last time though because I'm never giving this location or Taco Bell in general my money again. If you don't want to work your posted hours then don't take the job. At least change the hours so that you serve until it says you close or until your employees are willing to serve people.

  Just had lunch here inside in the dining room. Ordered four items. Took 25 minutes to get my food. They were not busy AT ALL. Walked up to the counter multiple times and wasn't acknowledged. Staff in the back had zero sense of urgency. I watched them work painfully slowly while they ignored me. When I finally got my food (after having to ask AGAIN) all I said was "you guys really need to have more of a sense of urgency." While I ate I could here some female employees talking about me and how they'd "take me." How utterly unprofessional. I try not to have any "Karen" moments in person, but this behavior REALLY ticked me off.
