Got to location at 6pm handed out food and realized three orders was not completed. Called at 612pm and was told it would be corrected and now they saying nothing can be done about it because I didn't drive back across town and wait 30 to 40 minutes for those orders. So we will not be using steak out to cater or quarterly meals. To many other restaurants that will treat you better

I called and the owner took care of it and had it delivered ASAP! I really appreciate her taking the time to acknowledge the issue and make it a priority. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived.
